People: Elanco appoints Marketing Associate

James will be responsible for established brands well known to the veterinary and farming professions, including Dectomax, Vecoxan, Tylan and Flukiver. 

The veterinary industry is familiar territory for James who started his career in veterinary nursing back in 1989. A 14-year career in practice as a qualified nurse saw him move up to the position of Head Nurse and then into management. In 2003 he switched into industry working in dairy and livestock areas, before working his way up to the position of Business Consultant. He joined Elanco last year, initially working as a key account manager before moving into his current role.
