India needs rationing system for cattle feed

At a press conference in connection with the two-day 48th annual convention of the KLIA to be held from January 13, KLIA president S. Jayakumar and general secretary A. Gangadharan said that farmers should be given some kind of bonus for milk production.
They said that farmers were moving away from livestock rearing owing to the high cost of cattle feed.
