Evialis bought by French InVivo Group
French agricultural group InVivo is about to acquire the French animal feed group Evialis.
InVivo will buy a 38.49% stake in Evialis held by French bank BNP Paribas.
According to the official statement published this Friday, the agreement fixes a
price of €35,04 per action, which account for €35,1 million in total. At a later
stage, the company will make an offer for the rest of Evialis’ shares at the
same price. InVivo said it aimed to keep Evialis shares listed on the stock
market.
