Canada confirms 15th case of BSE
Canada confirmed this week its 15th case of BSE since 2003, saying the animal
was a seven-year-old dairy cow from the Pacific province of British
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency said no part of the animal's carcass
entered the human food or animal feed systems. The CFIA has blamed infected feed
for most of the previous 14 cases, reported Reuters.
