Perstorp launches new organic acidifier
Perstorp has launched a new acidifier called ProPhorce® AC 250, a very specific blend of organic acids and salts of acids with several key benefits.
In-vitro trials have shown that
ProPhorce® AC 250 inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria such as
E.
coli and Salmonella. In-vivo research has shown
that the use of ProPhorce® AC 250 improves the feed conversion and growth rate
in piglets.
These results show that ProPhorce® AC 250 has high potential as a
cost-effective alternative for premix manufacturers and feed mills using solid
acidifiers.
