Unlawful use of GMP+ designations and collective logo
The GMP+ certificate is a much desired qualification in the feed industry, so much that uncertified companies use this qualification without being audited.
GMP+ International has been confronted regularly in recent months that companies which are not GMP+ certified submit documents / certificates which may create the impression that these companies are GMP+ certified.
It has also been established in incidental cases that a company unlawfully mentioned the GMP+ logo on the website.
