Micronutrients secures FAMI QS registration

Micronutrients has long valued the need for its customers to be assured of the purity and safety of its initial product, IntelliBond C (Micronutrients TBCC®), a trace copper nutrient.  Certification by FAMI-QS is the latest quality registration for Micronutrients.

The company has also earned ISO 9000-2008 certification and registration by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program for food safety along with Safe Feed Safe Food Certification.

FAMI-QS certification is awarded only to manufacturers that pass a detailed, independent audit that looks at both manufacturing and distribution processes. FAMI-QS was launched in the European Union as a uniform quality standard by the EU Feed Additives and Premixtures Quality System Association.  It has been available to U.S. companies only since late 2009.
