Books on feeding organic pigs and poultry

Cabi has added two books to its book portfolio. The books: Nutrition and feeding of organic poultry and nutrition and feeding of organic pigs have been written by R Blair from the University of British Columbia in Canada.

Organic poultry and pig production has increased significantly in recent years in response to increasing consumer demand for organic eggs and meat.

Nutrition and Feeding of Organic Poultry and Nutrition and Feeding of Organic Pigs present advice on selecting suitable ingredients, preparing appropriate feed mixtures and integrating them into organic poultry and pig production systems.
