Too high levels of dioxin in Dutch pig feed

On November 19, the German authorities have detected too high levels of dioxin in pig feed coming from the Netherlands, says the European ‘rapid alert system for food and feed’.

The pig feed contained 0.93 picograms of dioxin per gram of
feed. The EU maximum levels are 0.75 picograms per gram of feed.
