HST Feeds Ltd has announced today that it has sold 100% of its share capital to ForFarmers. The company is based in Crewe, Cheshire with annual sales approaching 140,000 tonnes of mainly ruminant and poultry compound feed to customers throughout the North West.
HST Feeds Ltd have built a well-deserved reputation for achieving low cost manufacturing and distribution and the development of innovative products and feeding programmes.
Iain Gardner, COO ForFarmers said “ForFarmers has acquired the freehold of the HST site at Crewe and I would like to welcome Tom Hiley and his team to the ForFarmers family in this exciting new venture for the Company. HST Feeds Ltd will operate as a separate business within BOCM PAULS, ForFarmers Company in the UK and Tom Hiley will report directly to me, with Nick Johns continuing as Sales and Technical Director”.
